Changing colour scheme

I want to change the colour scheme on the rain overlay but it is not at all clear how to do this. I have changed the rgb numbers by editing the code but when I press save nothing changes. What am I doing wrong?

Before pressing Save, you must press [import] and see that colors change in the color scale above. Then you can save.
