Can’t restore app purchase on website

I have a pro subscription for my iPhone app. I am trying to use it for the website. I am on my iPad and have the windy app open. I also have windy.com open on chrome browser. I registered on website with email associated with my app purchase. I tried to create a forecast on the website as directions state. I then click on restore purchase but it only gives me option to enter a fast spring reference number. How do I get logged in on website with premium so I can use the route planning features?
