      Hello, regarding the subscription to the Windy Professional version, I have the following inquiries:

      1. How can I obtain the invoice for the subscription fee?
      2. After subscribing, is it possible to log in simultaneously on the computer, iPad, and mobile phone?

        Hi @bthhj, thank you for your interest in Windy.com Premium.

        1. It depends on the service, you use for the purchase. If you want to get the invoice from your subscription, purchased via AppStore or Google Play, you have to handle that on your own in these stores. If you purchase subscription in browser via Fastspring, you can access your subscription management here on this link and get the invoice there.
        2. Our Premium is connected to user account under the email address, so you can use one Premium, purchased for example in our mobile app, also on the desktop or any other devices simultaneously. There is no need to purchase more than one Premium plan.
