<![CDATA[Setting not saving]]>Pro subscription, Win 11 desktop. Brave browser. Malwarebytes Browser Guard.

I login, open settings, set start up layer (radar) and location.

Logout. Later re-open and login, setting are not saved.

I believe this particular setting is not synced to cloud and is stored only locally in the browser. The Brave browser is quite restrictive about what can persist between sessions and might clear its local storage

thnx for reply. I am unclear of what that means in terms of settings not persisting. Note I was only referring to setting within the desktop version - I was less concerned with mobile app but it is valid problem if I am logged into my premium account and my setting never persist ... anywhere.

Mine is radar and it doesn't get synced to mobile up, thus I believe it's in the local storage only.

I believe I found it in the local storage as settings_startUpOverlay, see screenshot from my browser developer tools below
