The colors on wind function

What does it mean orange, green, blue patterns on the function of wind. We have a dusty wind, we want to know where the dust come from?

The colors in the Wind layer show the wind speed according the color scale at bottom of screen.
If you want to know where the dust is coming from, look at Dust mass or Aerosol.
