Not possible to update the forecast moving the pointer

Functionality "forecast for this location". I always used to see the forecast and then having them updated simply clicking on the map.
Since a while, maybe after some release, to get the updated fcst you need first to close the window of the forecast, then click on the map. Indeed it's not anymore possible to get a new location when the forecast window is open.
