I have three diferent alerts but although the “requirements” of the alerts have occured, I haven’t received any notification (no mobile push and no email)…

Have you set 3 conditions (for example Wind, Rain, Temperature) in the same Alert?
Or have you 3 different Alerts, not exactly at same location.?
