Notifications not working

Hello, I have set up several alerts but although conditions have occured, I have not received any alert.
Example of 1 of the alerts (several times there has been waves >2.5m) and configured to send alert to email...

@gabrielgarciadt Could you please send the screenshot of the location which was used in this alert and also the screenshot of these values?

was set up five weeks ago (several times conditions have occured in last weeks)

@gabrielgarciadt Can you send any example of the forecast of Windy, where these conditions were met?

@gabrielgarciadt But you need to have 3 or more hours in these conditions to have the alert sent.

@Ondřej-Šutera there has been days with +4m waves during 24h in the last weeks and no notification received... I can change now filter to 1m wave and no notifications received...
