Refund of premium subscription

I tried to remove myself from the free app but was unable to do so. $164 dollars was charged to my bank account. I have removed the app from my phone and do not intend to use it. I want a refund

@Ondřej-Šutera There is another account in the system that I was charged the $164 for. Please look for the other account. The charge was made on 30 Nov 2023. Please help if you can.

@Sidney-Drew Do you have any invoice or email confirmation? I don't think that charge is made by us. There is another Windy with the blue app and they have much higher prices.

@Ondřej-Šutera The only thing that i can see is the charge collected from Apple pay on 30 Nov. Do you have a way that you or I can get into the other windy?

@Sidney-Drew Do you see anything in your subscriptions/purchases under your AppleID? I checked your account once again, and you paid for the active subscription via Fastspring, no AppStore.

@Sidney-Drew I am afraid that the purchase is from different app, since we have two Premium plans and both of them are under $30.
Also, if you want to get a refund from AppStore, you need to request the refund there from them.
