Restore purchases not working

Hi! I have paid the annual subscription on the 4th December by Pay-pal but I cannot restore my premium account. I have tried to insert the transaction ID, but it´s not in the format WINDY123456-1234-12345. Can you help me?

@ritaynoue I didn't find any payment under your email address. Can you please provide further info about the purchase at support@windy.com, so we can effectively help you?
