Premium subscription i paid, but still not reflecting

Hi, I purchased before creating windy account. Is there any way to add my purchased premium to windy account or can i get refund. Once refund received, I will subscribe again with windy account.

@Pavan-Kumar-Mudduluru It is possible to connect your existing account with new Premium. May I ask which platform did you use for the purchase (Google Play, AppStore or Fastspring on the desktop)?

@Pavan-Kumar-Mudduluru You will need to restore your purchase by following the steps below:
- Open the Windy.com app and log in with your account
- Open the subscription offer and click on “restore purchases.”
This action should assign the Premium to your account, and you can use it across your devices.

No luck, I tried the way as you mentioned. Windy account and Google play purchase account both are same in my case.
The error comes as we didn't find any purchases to restore.

@Pavan-Kumar-Mudduluru I checked your email on the end of Google Play and there are three attempts to purchase the Premium. But they are not successful.

The amount got debited on 7th December. I have the transaction details with me.

@Pavan-Kumar-Mudduluru It is possible that there is a blocked charge, but it was not successfully finished so it will be returned back to your account.
