Can the contour and isotherm be displayed simultaneously?

Theoretically yes, just select temperature isolines (isotherms) and zoom in until you see the contour of the terrain.
But since the best resolution in Windy in your area is 9 km and the outline of the isolines is very rough and smooth, you have no chance of seeing the isotherms follow the contour lines.

@暴风雪 if you change your temperature colour scale to mimic something like this chart. On the website, go to "Settings", "Customize color scale" and you can customize the colours of many of the layers Windy provides
