Pending message

Hi,
I have a little red circle with a number 1 inside it. Just like message or e-mail, so I would think there is a pending message to me, but I cannot find it or get rid of the little red circle. Anyone knows how I can read the message? -

For me, it is notification (from alerts) and I get rid of it by clicking the avatar. "clear all" might also help:

Coming upgrade - will need IOS14 upwards. My iPhone 6 will never get higher than 12.5.7. Does this mean I must upgrade my phone? Impossible as a pensioner

@roddo Hi, yes, Windy needs iOS 14 or higher. I understand your concern, however, if we want to keep our app up to date and add new features or use newer technologies, we need to adjust this by time.

You have probably set Alert for some of your favorites. The number shows you have got one alert. You can clear it in your list of favorite.
By the way, why have you posted 2 identical messages while @Filip_K already gave you the answer 17 days ago.

@Filip_K I don’t have those options when I click the profile picture. Maybe when I get on computer and not on iPhone

@idefix37 found a solution. Created a favorite and set parameters to trigger alert. Then I got the “clear all” and the little irritating circle with the “1” inside went away👍😃. Thanks for your help in triggering my troubleshooting
