Hello @MS-Cherweroyar, you will need to restore your purchase by following the steps below:
- Open the Windy.com app and log in with your account
- Open the subscription offer and click on “restore purchases.”
This action should assign the Premium to your account, and you can use it across your devices. If you meet any error during this process, please let me know.
