Why do you continue to ask me to get premium when I already have it? Also, when I try to add favorites I’m told I must subscribe to Premium to add more.
What is the problem. Logging in doesn’t help.

could you let me know which device you're using? And if it's Windy mobile app, or the browser version?

Does it happen every time you reload the page, or just sometimes?
