Isobar pattern doesn’t match streamlines..

This weekend’s storm provides a great example. There is a roaring SSE flow right through the isobar implied low pressure center. It almost appears that perhaps the times are offset. Thoughts?

In your screenshot the low center seems to be offset, but at wider scale you see convergence lines which make the wind pattern more complexe.

Furthermore in Windy isobars (pressure isolines) are smoothed.
