Turkish radar glitch

The Turkish meteorology service used green color on boundaries, international and local ones, the radar section now reads these boundaries as clouds and provides false data.

@cgokcea Yes, it reads the administrative and international boundaries from Turkish radar maping as cloud accumulations!

We take these data from external source and there was a certain issue with these data. However, we checked available data and it should be already okay.
