@Namdeb Since you purchased subscription in browser via Fastspring, you can access your subscription management here on this link and get the invoice there.

@Ondřej-Šutera I have a similar issue to @Namdeb when I input my email in the FastSpring page linked up here, I never receive any email to confirm and access my payment details. (I need to update my details)..

I'm also trying to get a payment receipt. When I go to this link https://windy.onfastspring.com/account it generates an email. However when I click on the fastspring generated link in the email just takes me back to the original https://windy.onfastspring.com/account link . I've attempted this a number of times but always with the same result. I appreciate any help you can provide. May thanks
