No data for wind or clouds etc are shown beyond 3 days. Only a blank screen with some square grid over the map.

Have premium but can’t get the radar to show any images anywhere. (I have restarted application a few time, have the most up to date version, etc). Been going on for at least a week or two

Any ideas?
