Renewal of annual account bug

I recently renewed an annual premium account, though when I click the "my subscription" it's showing my expiry is in 3 months.
My PayPal was charged for the full year yesterday, but is a different email from the one on this account. They need joined? The email on this account needs updated to the one I just used for renewal, and not expired or due for payment again until in March 2025.
