Default model not saved

Hi all,
I've noticed that I can't seem to make the model I've selected stick, not even for favorites.
e.g., when I switch to the weather radar and back to rain and snow, it'll have switched from AROME to ECWFM again.
I want it to always use AROME by default.
Is it because from Berlin, the east is outside the model's area at many zoom levels?Is this possible to fix?

Hi, did you try in Settings > Start up layer and location > Use last overlay when Arome is displayed. But you need to have Arome on your screen when leaving and not open the app with the widget.
Then you need to focus on Arome domain. -
Hi, I also have this issue in Android app despite setting start up later to: use last overlay with my preferred layer and model selected. It always reverts to ecmwf when relaunching. I'm pretty sure this worked in the past, I don't know when it stopped working.

I'm having the same problem in IOS. No matter what I do, the app always defaults to ECMF. I've deleted the widget. On a Windows computer I can get the default model to stick only if I use Wind as the background layer. Really would like to use the Radar background. Feeling very frustrated.

@coveforest Hello, what exactly do you miss in Windy? You mentioned model, layer and forecast detail visualization, so I am not sure what exactly you mean.
