GPS Localisation

I have bought your application because I am crossing the ocean from Canarie Island to Turcs and Caicos. The problem is that I am always located in Paris and I cannot find my exact location on sea. Even if my phone gps is allowing access to Windy. Please help me Otherwise can you reimburse my purchase since it is useless for me that way. Thank you

Even when you press Find my location, Windy still shows you in Paris ?

Yes and once every 20 times he gives me the right position

No I have Windfinder and it works well
