Start layer

My start layer is the weather radar but it would be better if Windy remembered my preferred zoom level for the start. The current default zoom level covers too large an area and I would like it to be more localised on my home location.

@graemeroberts Hi, if you change your default location as the last one, then it remembers the last used zoom as well. However, there is no other option how to handle this.
