I was charged three times for one anual suscription

I wrote to info@windy.com but nobody replied. I have paid an annual subscription for Windy Premium but I have been charged three times by Fastspring via PayPal, as you can surely verify. As Fastspring does not put much interest and PayPal is all bureaucracy, I think that a possible solution would be that having paid three times it would apply to a subscription for three years. The other solution, obviously, would be that Fastspring refunds the two additional charges on my PayPal account. I look forward to hearing from you and thank you very much.

@basteira Hi, I am sorry about the delay with email replies, however, I already refunded 2 of 3 payments, since it is not possible to handle the Premium for 3 years.

Good morning, I have just received the two correct refunds for the two additional payments and a notice by e-mail that my subscription will be deactivated. My intention is to keep it with the payment correctly made, I hope there is no problem because there is a valid payment made on 22 December. @basteira Yes, it was probably an email related to these refunds, sine your Premium is still active.
