Altitude settings are reset.

I always use windy to know the weather.
I set the altitude (500hP) and switch between wind, temperature, and humidity in order to know the high-altitude weather, but since a few days ago, the altitude has been reset to ground every time I switch menus, which is inconvenient.
Please fix it so that it does not reset as before. -

Hi, could we know which device / browser or app do you use ?

The operating environment is a Windows 11 PC and the browser is Google Chrome.

⬇🎈Same here. When switching between wind, temperature, dewopint and humidity, level is always reset to surface. (Tried Win 10 - FF, AVG & Bing). I would also prefere a once set value stable until I change it again.

@idefix37 🪨 Here switching gust & wind etc. Always drops to 0.
Right after switching You see the slider where it was set rapidly moving (!) downward. -

You are right about the browser version. From Wind at 500 hPa to Wind gusts (at ground level only) and then back to Wind, the altitude slider remains set to the surface.
In the mobile app, when selecting Wind again, the setting remained at 500 hPa.
So it would be nice if the Altitude slider remained like in the mobile app.
This behavior has been changed may be because some users forget that the slider is set to higher levels and claim that the wind forecast is wrong. We've seen a few posts about this. -
@idefix37 Maybe then the slider could be animated upwards instead? Movement catches eyes attention.
