Not available premium subscription in spite of paid for that

Dear Sir,
There was a discounted offer available till 31.12.2023 for annual premium subscription on your App. I paid on 31.12.2023 for the same but it is not available to me yet. I am facing also login problem.
It seems that I have been cheated, so either return my annual premium subscription fee to me or start my annual premium subscription with effect from current date.
A favourable response is awaited.

@Bakra Hi, I checked your payment attempts on the end of Google Play and they were, unfortunately, not processed for some reasons.

I have paid for subscription on 21.dec 2023. 224 nok to fastspring. Still not registered as premium member . Why?

@arildvest I sent all info you need to pair your Premium with your account. All you need to do is to process those steps in our browser version of Windy.
