iPhone App keeps login out account

Hi, I would like to inform you that we already released an update of our iOS app (v.41.2.2) that should solve the issue with logging you out. Please update to the latest version and let us know if you have any issue.

Hi @Suty, I'd like to update that I was just logged out again, Windy version 41.2.3.
There are multiple error in the Dev console if they can be of any help. Thank you -
@alottem Can you please share them so we can check that?
Also, we checked logs on our end and there is an increase in the last 48 hours, is it possible that you do some changes on your device, or saved lot of data into the device?

Same issue here, iPhone 13 mini. Every single time I re op the app it has logged me out. Same as my friend who has a brand new iPhone 15. So frustrating when you’ve paid for premium….

Thank you for reporting.
I have been working on this problem for the past weeks and the latest version should fix this problem.
The problem is that the system greases the local storage, which the application uses to store data. For this reason, we created a backup of this data in the native iOS storage, which should be immune to this behavior. This backup must first be created (the first launch of the new version) and then it is applied when the local storage is lost.
If this behavior is repeated on the latest version, please let me know and I will continue with the solution. -

I have the same problem but I have an android phone. It is also logging me out after a few hours not just weekly.
