I have paid for subscription and there is an old one still valid, how to get it back?

@tkauch Hi, I see you have active subscription since June 2023 with an active auto-renewal. Where and when did you purchase a new one? Do you have any info about the payment?

@tkauch Hi, since you the purchase is from AppStore, you need to handle the request for the refund on your own there. AppStore doesn't allow us to manage their purchases, so I am not able to help you.
