      Hi, do you plan to support very popular sports watches? Garmin ? Maybe an application with a widget will appear? It'd be great !

        @tma72 Hi, we have certain ideas about this, but we don't have any specific timeline for implementation now.

          @Ondřej-Šutera

          First of all, thank you so much to all of your small team for building this amazing app. Calling it an app doesn’t do it justice however. It’s very rare that I can use an app on a desktop or mobile that teaches me so much as I use it for something I’m relatively good at.

          And my reference to a small team is definitely a compliment. But I know how that impacts the roadmap.

          Like Apple, Fitbit, and a couple of others, Garmin has made a commitment to providing health and sport connections to the wrist that are becoming really quite amazing and helpful. Not just for Sport but medical, safety and other benefits

          Garmin is a massive company, but their innovation is like a start up. Garmin customers share the same profile as Windy customers in that they’re outdoors and needing to predict the environment.

          Based on Garmin reported revenue for the fitness and recreational watches segment, and estimating the ~$400 average value for the watches, Garmin sells somewhere over 5 million watches per year. This would be lucrative market for Windy to consider.

          It may also be something that Garmin itself would finance as it would make their product better. Not sure what kind of partnerships they would support.

          I truly believe that a Garmin integration would boost the number of Windy premium users and potentially dramatically. Garmin watches are not cheap, and neither is the intent of their users.

          I hope you’ll consider this when prioritizing roadmap to create a Garmin API so we can improve the weather and Insights at a glance and twist of the wrist .

          Thanks so much for all that you do. This really is one of the better apps I use on a daily basis.

            Wish I had changed that last “better” to “best” :-)
