In the first image, I have the slider set to (approx) 12 midnight local time. I am at UCT-7 right now. Note that the time shown in the upper left is 17:55Z. This is 10:55 AM in my local time.

You can also see the error because the temperature displayed below the time in the user left is 31º. However, if you look at the second image, we are now at th peak of the day's temperature but the temperature display is 31º.

The temps and times shown in the meteogram are all correct but the data shown in the gray readout area above are incorrect due to the time problem.

Another possible manifestation of this issue is that you can't scroll all the way to the right in the meteogram (at least without rubber banding).

It would be nice to have this fixed in the next app release.

Time works as expected in portrait.

The time issue is also due to the landscape issue. It does not appear in the portrait mode.
It’s clear in my screenshots from the first link. My local time was UTC + 2

The links you provided mention the problem of not being able to scroll completely to the right. As far as I know, they do not talk about the time issue, which may or may not be related.
