Update appearance on a laptop

I'm sure this is an old topic, but within the last year, Windy.Com changed something, and on my laptop it became virtually an unusable weather website, instead of being among the best. Overall, it just looks like crap, mixed-up font size text covering over map information; maybe nice on my phone, but not on a laptop screen. Ideas?
