Something is very wrong with your current weather tempetures for Gimli, Manitoba. Your current temperatures and forecasts are consistently out 5- 10 degrees C. or even more. Right now it is -23 but your site shows only -15. It has been this way for months! Could someone please fix it?

@lirwin4 Same for me here in Papamoa, New Zealand. Been 25 or 26 high for each day this week & app has been showing high of only 20!!! The app used to be so good, but completely inaccurate now!!

Hello @delh @lirwin4 did you compare all models in Windy? Did all of them have inaccurate data or only one of them? Can you please provide more data about the issue? It could be possible that is something wrong on our end but we cannot check this without certain examples or comparisons with other services. Thank you in advance.

This temperature inaccuracy is due to the fact that Papamoa is on the seashore. So, some of the grid points of the weather models are over the sea, which gives an lower temperature when interpolated.
But in Windy there is a non gridded model, Meteoblue, which forecasts temperature locally over the land. This model is only available in the point forecast panel, not as a map layer.
The Observation vs forecast feature in Windy (website) which compares the observed temperature at a weather station at Omanu Tauranga with the different models forecasts shows clearly that Meteoblue is the best to predict temperatures at your location.

Seems you are right. Compared to the observations of the weather station at the local airport, there is no weather models predicting such low temperature. Meteoblue is may be the best one.

If you read my post above, the temperature values predicted by the weather models can be moderated by the lake, giving higher temperatures in winter.
Try to use Meteoblue for temperature forecast, in the point forecast panel.
