Yes I received an answer (https://community.windy.com/topic/27757/homepage-selection?_=1705048436457) but it didn't work.
I try to use the setup menu with no success (see attached picture).

So what is your issue? Is it because when you press “Find my location” (Trouver ma position) the blue dot is not precisely located at your location (probably your favorite) ?
