Distance Circles at POI

I work as an ATC where timing of showers based on weather radar data is crucial, especially in the winter season. We use Windy radar data to track the showers, and with help of a ruler and the time-slider at the bottom of the screen, we calculate with quite good accuracy based on the time and location, and speed of the showers, when aircraft can start their approaches, how long they need to hold and so forth.

But, the ruler-practice is a bit cumbersome, and an option to add circles around a POI or an airport, say several circles distanced evenly spaced 5-10km from the POI would be extremely helpful.
