Helicopter cloud base

Does anyone have any ideas why so much cloud base data is unavailable? I’ve never known it this bad?

@Dauphinsky I don’t generally use this feature, but playing around with it, it seems there is no data available anywhere there are no clouds. That makes sense to me although perhaps it could be worded better.
