      Hello, I am a Chinese user. I applied for subscription of one-year premium forecast information through Alipay on January 11th. But premium is still not available on my account. The screenshot of the transfer record is attached. I want to know the reason and use premium service as soon as possible. Thank you! A Chinese user who loves Windy website very much.

        @Lp2043905 Hi, AliPay usually have longer delay in processing the payment via Fastspring. Can you please share details at support@windy.com?

                I have already paid for the membership service 12 days ago, but it still hasn't been activated. Could you please tell me at which step there might be an issue?
                Is it windy haven't obtained the refund information from Fastspring yet?

                  @Lp2043905 Hello, I already sent necessary info to you here via chat. Can you please check that and let me know, if you assign your Premium successfully?

                  According to the delay, we contacted Fastspring and there is a huge delay between payment and receiving the amount when the payment is via Alipay.

                    @Suty Hello,Paid for a month now, but still haven't received the membership activation email. Please contact Alipay again to confirm where the issue lies.

                              @Lp2043905 Could you please provide any screenshot of the transaction from your bank account? We need to check the payment once again. Also please check if Fastspring doesn't send the payment back to your account.

                                I checked again and found no refund information of Fastspring. This order shows that the payment was successful.
