Why hasn't my paid subscription opened yet?

Hello, I am a Chinese user. I applied for subscription of one-year premium forecast information through Alipay on January 11th. But premium is still not available on my account. The screenshot of the transfer record is attached. I want to know the reason and use premium service as soon as possible. Thank you! A Chinese user who loves Windy website very much.

@Lp2043905 Hi, AliPay usually have longer delay in processing the payment via Fastspring. Can you please share details at support@windy.com?

According to the delay, we contacted Fastspring and there is a huge delay between payment and receiving the amount when the payment is via Alipay.
