This is a personal weather station (madis) not a weather station owned by Windy. Windy is not owning weather stations.
Clicking on this weather station, you see that it is constantly reporting 53°C.

Unfortunately Windy say they cannot delete it, only the owner can do it.
There are several personal weather stations like this one reporting crazy temperature or wind speed in different countries. I could show you some of them, it's not really worth a post on X.
