Widget and frequent login requests

Greetings Windy. I’ve been a premium subscriber for a couple years now, love all the features and layers, way more information than I know how to use. Since installing widgets on my phone and tablet I am asked to login nearly daily - the widget goes red and requests that re-enter my credentials. Frankly it’s a bit of a hassle. Other widgets for other paid services do not ask anywhere near this often. What is the issue? Thanks in advance.

I use iOS, both iPhone and iPad. My iPad widget is asking me to login yet again, after I logged in yesterday. These frequent requests make the widget worthless as the data isn’t available at a glance, which is the purpose of the widget.

@Jason-Peters-2 We know about this issue and it is a topic number one for colleagues from the product team in these days. I hope it will be solved soon.
