Cross Hair forecast

Are there any plans to give us an option to disable the cross hair forecast? Maybe someone somewhere has a use for it, but I don't. It just causes unnecessary bar to pop up across the top of the screen. Information in the bar is not very useful, so the whole thing just gets in the way.

Interesting. I find that top bar on the mobile web site to be quite useful.
- It is a quick way to know the forecast at a point without trying to interpolate the colors.
- It allows you to see what model is being used. Since Windy changes the model behind your back, this is useful to me.
- It provides buttons to bring up the forecast at a point and to show the sounding there.
I don’t care whether they provide an option to disable it, but I find it very useful.

The workaround to prevent the top bar and crosshairs to pop up is to use 2 fingers on your screen instead of one. You can move the map, change the zoom level without the crosshairs jumping on your screen. -
@btschumy The top bar is definetly useful if i am forecasting a location, but it is annoying when just exploring the map. I find it irritating to move around the map when the bar is constantly getting in the way, especially when i really don't want it to do so. i feel adding an button on to the map layout to bring up the top bar independently from movement would be a better way to do this. Or even just tapping an empty part of the map to disable the top bar.
