Updating to premium

Hi, have upgraded to premium but hasn’t been effected. Payment has been processed and can login but not getting premium account views. Is there a time delay for account to update? Do I have to reload update app or something else or is there an accounts department to contact?

Issue/s resolved. Now have Premium. Shut everything down and after a hour restarted so can't offer any words of wisdom to forum. Maybe admin have attended not sure but thanks if so.
Now to explore...

There are at least two or three questions every day about problems upgrading to Premium.
Why is there not a pinned post in the FAQ section about how to deal with this? Seems like a good idea.

When you click on it, you get that:
If you don’t click on Oldest to Newest your don’t get the information as shown in the link I’ve posted here above !
I agree that the FAQ is one of the worst I’ve seen in an app.
An FAQ should not be commented on by users and should need to be locked.
