Basic Display Bottom slide out modal won’t stay open

Hi there. Love the app. I’m on an iPhone 11 Pro Max iOS 17.2.1 and iPad Air 5 iOS 17.2
In this view, the bottom left modal is impossible to open and keep open. It scrolls along with the bottom calendar display instead of being persistent. It also won’t reopen once it’s collapsed.
I’m not able to attach videos or photos to this note. I get a permissions error.

I saw your video but I'm not sure I understand what you mean.
Which “bottom left modal” are you talking about?
Is it the legend column on the left side of the table that partly disappears as you scroll through the forecast table?
It reappears if you swipe the table all the way to the right.
This behavior helps provide a broader view of the forecast on small phone screen. -
@Alison-Smith-2 It seems like your first video has to do with the Community Forums rather than the app per se.
In the second video, are you complaining that the selected time period moves as you scroll the timeframe? I agree that that can be slightly annoying. I too would probably prefer the selected time stay fixed until you actually tap on a new one.
