On January 4, 2023, I paid for the PREMIUM Windy service. However, I still do not have access to this service.

I tried to renew my subscription. I did not find the order reference in the e-mail. I found only the transaction ID of 4/12/2023: 2UK89725D7187764N. I paid via PAY PAL. -
@geletap But your subscription is active until December 2024, so there is no need to renew it. What issue exactly do you have now?
