Is there a way to display elements of different levels at the same time, such as 500hPa geopotential height (color) and sea level pressure (line)?

Unfortunately the geopotential heights are not available as a color layer, only as isolines.

As an alternative, it should be useful to display a layer of 500-1000 hPa thickness. This parameter is available in the ECMWF set.

          ECMWF say about it :
“ 500-1000 hPa thickness is a measure of the mean temperature of a column of the atmosphere between these pressure levels and can be used to distinguish between warm and cold air masses and to indicate frontal zones (i.e. areas of large temperature gradient, where the thickness values are more closely packed together). Roughly, 500-1000 hPa thicknesses below about 528 dam imply air comes from polar regions and thicknesses above 564 dam imply air comes from tropical areas.”

@idefix37 Thank you for replying. Is it possible to overlap two different elements like in the example as separate isolines?

No it is not possible to overlap isolines. You can only overlap one isoline type on one layer type.
