Can't login on iOS App

I have been paying for a Premium Windy subscription for several years now via the iOS App store. I LOVE your software, especially being able to use different models to compare forecasts.
A month ago, my premium stopped working, and when I tried to login, the login window appears then disappears in a second. I have tried this on my Mac AND my iPad AND my iPhone with no success. When I tried to do a screen grab to show that I still have a subscription till March, it would not let me drag the screen grab to this window. I reported this when it first happened, and I have looked to see if anyone else reported this. This occurred on the last release of Apple software and is still happening on the latest release.
My Mac is a MacBook Pro M3 Max running 14.3
My iPad is an M2 iPad Pro running 17.3
My iPhone is a 15 Pro running 17.3 -
