This is apparently your first post here. You posted it 40 minutes ago. How can you say “no reply from the customer service” ?
Then I must add that members of the Windy team are not present on the community forum during the weekend anyway.
So be patient until Monday.

What phone and os? I've had trouble with the widgets recently. Not updating and such on my pixel 8 pro on Android 14.

It's back to working normally. Try this: log off the app and then log back on. Go into apps and force stop the app.

Give it a few minutes and see if that resolves the issue.
