Keep getting logged out

I use Apple to log in as a Premium user, but regularly get logged out, and lose many of my settings. I.e. it switches me to Celsius and meters, yet remembers my favorite locations. This happens on both my iPad and iPhone. At first I thought it was just when there was a system upgrade by Apple, but now I realize it,s more frequent and seemingly random.

@Jeff-Lick Hi, could you please specify how often did you meet the error? Everyday, or once per week? Also, which device do you use?

It never, or seldom happened till October-ish. It was, in any case, after New England sailing season when I relied on it daily and never noticed this. Since then it’s perhaps every other week, on BOTH my iPad and my iPhone. It’s not related to restarting my device, and seemingly not related to Apple software updates which I always do immediately on release. I’ll keep paying attention. I have the app as a widget on both devices, so I usually notice quickly when the widget goes blank. Fortunately logging back in is easy, but losing US settings - everything going back to metric - is annoying.

Hi, I have the same issue. I am a pro user and every two or three days the app logs me out.
Windy is a widget on my home screen so it's used all the time but I still get logged out which is not convenient.
Can this be fixed?

@Suty I have this same issue too.
I have Windy Premium on iPhone 15Pro, iPad 15.9 Pro, iPad 11 Pro and on my Mac. It seems like I can only log into Windy Premium on one or maybe two devices. As soon as log in on one device, get logged out on the other. It is starting to get really annoying and there is clearly a bug somewhere. All my devices are on the latest iOs (18.0.1) and my Mac is also on the latest version. Windy app is also up to date.
