<p dir="auto">iPhone just updated to  IOS 17.3 and banner is obscuring large part of screen.</p>
<p dir="auto">I do not want to use App as I open multiple versions of Windy at same time to view weather (wind) conditions at various locations for sports activities.</p>

<p dir="auto">It never occurred to me to just remove the app but you’re right, the banner disappeared once I did - PERFECT !</p>

Do you have the app installed?  I think if you don't it doesn't display this.</p>
<p dir="auto">Another way to remove these things is to install AdGuard for Safari.  It allows you to select various UI elements on the page and not display them.  I use this on some sites to remove annoying UI elements.</p>
