The "future" radar forecast is completely wrong

I understand that forecasting the weather is difficult, but the future radar forecast is completely inaccurate.
Video example:
In this example, the rain system suddenly starting moving rapidly to the east in the forecast, even though it showed no sign of doing so in the past data.
If the forecast is this inaccurate, it should not be made available.
Can we at least have an option to disable it?

Hi @DavidGA, thank you for reporting this behavior. This is a bug on our end and the product team will do their best to fix this.
According to usage of this, you can still use only grey part of timeline without the forecast, since we split these animations and it can be used without the red part.

Not a fan of this "feature". But now that's it's here...when I initially select the radar layer and hit the play button - it starts playing into the red section.... I would much rather it played in the white section.Hopefully that made sense.
