Kill the Get Pro Popup

Please get rid of the idiotic 'Get Windy PRO!!' popup for those already subscribed to Windy Pro. I made a duplicate purchase and Fastspring is a pain in the ass to deal with.

@windyme91 Hi, we usually display Go Premium button only, when the user is on the free account or unlogged. If you see Windy PRO, it is possible that you have downloaded completely different app that has nothing in common with us, exclude the name.
We are Windy.com with the red logo and our subscription is called Windy Premium.
