Displaying El Niño / La Niña & other Climate Drivers
-
Hi all,
I'm wondering if it is possible to visually display the events of El Niño & La Niña on Windy?
I often see websites displaying graphs with each global country's predictions (see below).
https://iri.columbia.edu/our-expertise/climate/forecasts/enso/current/?enso_tab=enso-sst_table
It would be great to see a visual representation of the current & forecast.
Visual examples: https://mynasadata.larc.nasa.gov/basic-page/el-nino-southern-oscillation#:~:text=During an El Niño%2C wind,from the Jet Propulsion Laboratory.)
This might be a silly idea, but I'm interested if other users might want to see climate drivers better displayed on Windy?

@anthony10 at the very least SST anomalies would be cool to see as a layer.

@Wheats
You remember this layer was available a few years ago :)

But it was removed because the data source was not reliable if am right. -
@idefix37 YES! holy crap I knew I wasn't going crazy remembering there was a layer before! ahaha it was even my post
